Konica Minolta Is Satisfied With The Sales at ITM 2018 – Displaying high speed and high resolution inkjet textile printer NASSENGER 10 at ITM 2018, Konica Minolta left satisfied with the interest shown by the Turkish Market. Konica Minolta IJ Textile Europe S.r.l. Nassenger 10 is a new generation single pass digital textile printer offering high print quality, superior stability and durability. The new-generation scanning digital textile printer, which can reach a printing speed of 1000m2 per hour, has a drop-on-demand piezo inkjet technology. Konica Minolta’s single-pass digital printer Nassenger SP-1 offers customers up to 6000m2 per hour of printing speed. Nakashima said it sold a total of 5 in last two years, including 2 of them sold to Turkey. Nakashima; “Customers are able to respond to demanding requests from the fast fashion market while achieving high print quality. As of today, SP-1 seems highly accepted by the market and we are extremely happy.”

Nakashima said that both the Nassenger 10 and the Nassenger SP-1 are equipped with highest technology such as the nozzle compensation system; “These machines are totally brand-new and have different quality compared to our previous models. Customers would surely be happy. Made with Japan’s high technology + our experience and know-how in Italy in the past 20 years.”

Referring to the fundamental differences and advantages of textile digital printing technologies developed by Konica Minolta, Seiji Nakashima said that their main difference is that they offer a closed system. “Sometimes this concept is not welcomed by the customers,” said Nakashima and continued; “however we guarantee whole system- head, machine, ink, which are developed by us. One stop shopping. With this concept, at the end, total cost would be less. Also our customers appreciate our through support for technical problems from our branch in Turkey, sometimes from Italy also from Japan.”
