KARL MAYER<\/a> is going to present it latest innovations in hall 4.1, stand A\u00a030 at ITMA ASIA\u00a0+\u00a0CITME fair which will take place in Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Centre between 21-25 October 2016. The firm<\/a> will make double presence with an in-house exhibition in its facility in China, Wujin which will be held simultaneously with the fair.<\/p>\n

Considered to be the most important fair for the textile industry in Asia, ITMA ASIA + CITME 2016\u00a0will determine the innovation cycles within the sector once again, this year. The driving force for innovations in the sector, KARL MAYER\u2019s booth is expected to be one of the top addresses for visitors of the fair with technical textile, warp knitting, and warp preparation for weaving solutions.<\/p>\n

KARL MAYER will exhibit its latest innovations in two locations simultaneously; in Hall 4.1, Stand A\u00a030 in the National Exhibition and Convention Centre in Shanghai, and its facility in China, Wujin. A free shuttle service will be available between the two locations.<\/p>\n

Expected to receive attention from Asian customers by presenting machinery in two places, the firm will present its latest technologies to the visitors. In the lace sector, a fundamental new development in the multibar jacquard machine segment will set the standards in terms of the cost: high benefit ratio and will be demonstrating the potential for producing a wide range of new and different product designs.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cost-reducing, Quality-enhancing Innovations<\/strong><\/h2>\n

KARL MAYER continues the generation change in tricot sector which was initiated at ITMA 2015 in Milan. Developed for this purpose, HKS\u00a02-SE, with a modern machine design; KARL MAYER\u2019s new KAMCOS\u00ae <\/sup>2 platform with additional App functions, camera monitoring system and the LEO\u00ae <\/sup>Low Energy Option provides less energy consumption for up to 10\u00a0%, reduces costs and environmental loads. HKS machines with EL (Electronic guide bar control) provide simple and rapid pattern change for producing short runs and development of new products.<\/p>\n

Last but not least warping machine that can be used for conventional direct warping; as well as sectional warping will be shown. The warp-for-warp technique requires only a few packages. This saves space and offers maximum efficiency when producing short warps for product development, when using expensive yarns for processing production warps, and when processing small batches.<\/p>\n

KARL MAYER\u2019s Warp Preparation Business Unit will be showcasing an innovative sectional warping machine for processing shirtings and cloths. This machine operates at an impressive level of productivity. It improves efficiency in weaving preparation by up to 30%; and by up to 3% in weaving compared to other models on the market. KARL MAYER will also be showing the innovation Size Box HSB with pre-wetting. The key feature of the PROSIZE\u00ae<\/sup> sizing machine operates with three highly turbulent application zones; based on spraying technology, and offers more advantages compared to the immersion bath process.<\/p>\n

Thanks to this, savings can be made in sizing additives, energy consumption during desizing; and effluent loads, and the uniformity of the size application is improved. The KARL MAYER Technical Textiles Business Unit will focus on the subjects of lightweight construction and geotextiles. The visitors will be presented with a range of impressive examples of applications and all the relevant information.<\/p>\n
