The group has prepared a fair concept based on needs of Asian, particularly Chinese textile industry.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The largest textile machinery producer of the world with around 3000 employees, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.truetzschler.de\/tr\/\">Tr\u00fctzschler<\/a> is set to make a strong show up at ITMA ASIA 2016. All four divisions will exhibit their innovations on 550 m\u00b2 booth at Hall 2 (A29). The group will emphasize its interest in Asian market with solutions for Spinning, Nonwovens, Man-made Fibers, and Card Clothing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tr\u00fctzschler Spinning division<\/strong> will launch its new machine for spinning preparation for the first time in Asia. TC 15, a main product to be demonstrated, provides 15% more productivity. In addition, new can station T-MOVE is a space saving feature that offers increased efficiency. Apart from TC 10 card developed particularly for Chinese market, with the Integrated Draw Frame IDF 2 provides cost savings which are simple to achieve without compromising yarn quality. The new concept TD 9T TWIN breaker draw frame results in approximately 15% increased overall efficiency compared to double head draw frames. Additionally, new can changer for the established auto leveller draw frame TD8, TCO 12A\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 comber, JUMBO CANS, the new Modular Fiber Blending System T-BLEND, T-SCAN in which five technologies work hand in hand for highest separation rates as well as quality data with Tr\u00fctzschler sensor technology T-DATA will be displayed during the fair for visitors. The web-based T-DATA ensures mobile availability of all the data.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/textilegence.com\/trutzschler-nonwovens-efficiency-in-technical-textiles\/\">Tr\u00fctzschler Nonwovens<\/a> <\/strong>puts emphasis on machines and concepts that are particularly sought-after in the Chinese market. The division provides information on new components as well as progress in processes and products. A modular system for fiber preparation will be presented. For nonwoven installations, the joint development with Tr\u00fctzschler Spinning includes bale opening, high-precision and simultaneously high-productive weighing units as well as the advanced conveyor belt with blending opener. A patent-pending, exchangeable structuring shell allows the production of bulky webs with permanent 3D structures during bonding in the through-air thermobonder. Among other products to be shown, there are SkyWind \u2013 a master roll winder for spunlace systems as well as Wet-in-wet process. The M30 is the latest member of the symTTex system family. The 3-end machine completes the range of 2-end and 4-end BCF machines. Thus, the optimal machine configuration for every application can be custom-made. Tr\u00fctzschler Man-Made Fibers and EREMA entered into a cooperation in the area of recycled materials, particularly R-PET. For the new inline BCF solution, EREMA supplies a VACUREMA basic system and secondary components that produce a de-contaminated polymer melt. The downstream spinning positions from Tr\u00fctzschler Man-Made Fibers spin the material into high-quality carpet yarns.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tr\u00fctzschler Card Clothing<\/strong>: In the area of spinning, the company\u2019s flats selection has been expanded by two products for special applications. NOVOTOP 58 is optimally suited for the application in the area of fine combed yarns at production speeds of up to 65 kg\/h and machine width of one meter. A significant positive influence of the carding process is achieved by improvements in terms of tooth geometry, wire height, surface smoothness and the wire tips themselves. The air flow in the carding zone between cylinder and flat is optimized. This also significantly reduces fiber adherence and fiber breakage. New GX1 clothing has been specifically developed for use in the area of carded and combed cotton. Tr\u00fctzchler\u2019s newly developed clothing with 717 ppsi achieves particularly good carding results for coarse to medium-coarse fibers, especially in the area of reclaimed fibers.<\/p>\n<p>In the area of Nonwovens, the company is presenting new NOVOBOND clothings. The use of this clothing on the condensed roller is recommended when processing PES and PP with CV blends. The special geometry of the tip ensures a very good web adherence up to high speeds.
