Organized by ITEMA, Bilol M\u00fcmessillik and Alfredo M\u00fcmessillik in Bursa, in the 2nd<\/sup> Innovation Roadshow, airjet A9500 and\u00a0 rapier R9500 weaving machines were presented to Turkish weavers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Itema, leading supplier<\/a> of best-in-class weaving machines, spare parts and integrated services, \u00a0held the 2nd<\/sup> Bursa Innovation Roadshow on 8-9 March 2017, after the great success of the first edition of the show which took place last year. With the aim to closely meet shirting and apparel weavers of the region to introduce the latest innovations in weaving, at the event the Itema<\/a> airjet A9500 was presented to the visitors along with a set of the Itema rapier R9500 running and working in daily conditions in a Customer\u2019s mill. In fact, the event has been organized at R.E. \u00d6z-Eli Tekstil facility to demonstrate the Itema machines superior performance in real operational conditions. Moreover, Itema team introduced to the weavers the latest innovations and advancements during technical seminars which have been fully booked for the two days.<\/p>\n

During the Itema Innovation Roadshow, the Turkish textile sector\u2019s further potential development was remarked and discussed, along with the advantages that can be reached in the fabric production with the most advanced in the market rapier and airjet technologies. Senior officials from Itema Sales&Marketing Director Christian Straubhaar, Itema Turkey Sales Manager Piero Colombelli, Bilol M\u00fcmessillik owner Galip Bilol and Alfredo Modiano M\u00fcmessillik partner Vedat Ancel being in the first place and technical and marketing team attented to the event.<\/p>\n

The Itema airjet A9500 was proudly displayed in the center of R.E \u00d6z-Eli mill and has been very closely observed by all the textile players who attended the event.<\/p>\n

Carrying Itema\u2019s \u2018Quality, Reliability and Performance\u2019 QRP mark, A9500 is presented to the customers – unique in the market – with 2 years of warranty. This weaving machine guarantees Itema\u2019s maximum ease of use with simple and efficient design, superior versatility and reliability as well as unparalleled machine\u2019 s efficiency and performance which make a clear difference.<\/p>\n

Another significant feature of A9500 is the fact that most of its mechanical and electronical parts are interchangeable with rapier models and, thanks to that, customers with both technologies minimize spare part costs.<\/p>\n

Thanks to its sturdy structure, \u00a0the A9500 can operate with low vibrations at high speeds. The optimized shed geometry with the first heald frame close to the beating point assure higher fabric quality and, moreover, the reduced stroke of the heald frames results in less stress on the warp, thus decreasing stops while increasing efficiency.<\/p>\n

Machine infrastructure<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The beating motion of the A9500 consists in double conjugated cams placed within the side frames.\u00a0 The longer dwell of the sley cam profile ensures an increased weft insertion time; thus leading to a more gentle movement during weft insertion and to reduced air consumption; providing an improved versatility and the widest range of fabrics; and yarns to be woven with the Itema airjet weaving technology.\u00a0 The higher beat-up force enables the A9500 to reach the top performances in its technology field; especially when it comes to weave difficult and complex styles, such as heavy fabrics.<\/p>\n

The advanced pneumatic system with its effective automatic control system and dedicated main nozzles and the new single hole realy nozzles; set the as leader in the market for the reduced air consumption.\u00a0 Moreover, the patented BLC Brush Lycra Clamp provides a effective and simple solution for weaving lycra weft.<\/p>\n

Itema\u2019s patented ELD Electronic Leno Device enables continuous lateral full leno formation. Simple, reliable and low-maintenance, with its innovative design; the device is self-cleaning and with no need to wind the leno spools; providing a perfect leno binding; whilst reducing significantly operational costs.<\/p>\n

R9500 Defined A New Benchmark in Rapier Weaving<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Defining\u00a0 a new standard\u00a0 in rapier weaving; R9500 proved\u00a0 itself as the most sold machine since its first launch in 2012. Having QRP (Quality, Reliability and Performance) mark, R9500 offers a wide application range to the users with its technical superiority. The machine offers low vibration pattern thanks to its heavy-duty frames.\u00a0 Its solid drive is designed for extensive control of moving masses; to consistently process heavy patterns or unbalanced styles with minimal cost and maintenance. Also, new SK 2.0 Weft Transfer was developed for weaving with high speed and variety. With its ultra light, ceramic coated, one piece design rapier, SK 2.0 provides consistent, high speed performance and less wear.<\/p>\n

The need for higher speed and smaller shed for rapiers lies behind R9500\u2019s new shed geometry. Newly developed FPA 2.0 weft transfer enables limitless creativity choices; even when it comes to weave the most sophisticated fabrics of the customers; guaranteeing high performance and efficiency. Another redesigned and optimized feature is called \u2018Turboprop\u2019 a unique rapier drive system. Thanks to this drive system, weft transfer with low vibration provided by minimal moving parts; enables the most difficult weaving manufacturings as well as reaching the lowest operation costs with less maintenance need.<\/p>\n
