The XF800 is replacing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.textilegence.com\/en\/category\/printing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a reciprocating wrapper<\/a> that was a bottleneck on one of Sun Paper\u2019s existing winder lines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPCMC\u2019s continuous flow technology gives us increased throughput on a broad range of products from a single machine,\u201d said Joe Salgado, Executive Vice President at Sun Paper. \u201cWe\u2019re also excited about the improved change repeatability and the simpler operating system that the XF800 provides.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PCMC, the XF800 wrapper<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As part of the family of packaging products from PCMC, the XF800 wrapper features a continuous motion design, flexible layout options and motorized adjustments for fast initial pack setup. With an optional fifth infeed lane and third level, it can adapt to a variety of packaging projects to meet the ever-changing needs facing the tissue industry today.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThis purchase is the result of creative thinking to solve a customer\u2019s problem and steward the trust placed in us\u201d; said Bob Schuh, Tissue Packaging Sales Director for PCMC. \u201cProject team members from Sun Paper and PCMC took a holistic view of Sun Paper\u2019s current production environment and future goals.
