KUP10 Brode became the first company of Turkey that bought EPOCA 7 embroidery machines. An open house event was held in company\u2019s center in D\u00fczce for textilers.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The innovative embroidery machine of Saurer Embroidery<\/a>; EPOCA 7 succeeds to gain the interest of Turkish textilers with its power and performance. The company reaches to customers who wish to grow in the market with its Turkish representative Bilol M\u00fcmessillik. Among these companies, KUP10 Brode in D\u00fczce made EPOCA 7 investments upon the success of its former EPOCA 6 embroidery machines. Saurer Embroidery<\/a> and Bilol M\u00fcmessillik<\/a> organized an open house event at KUP10 Brode facility.<\/p>\n

Bilol M\u00fcmessillik responsible Celal Pozan expressed the aim and the importance of the event, greeting the visitors by saying \u2018Welcome\u2019. Stating that embroidery, decoration and veil sector has been progressing rapidly; Pozan stressed that EPOCA 7 that they presented to the market will offer competitive advantage to Turkish textilers. After Pozan\u2019s speech, the visitors had the chance to observe EPOCA 7 machines in operation in KUP10 Brode facility.<\/p>\n

EPOCA 7 Receives Full Appreciation from Turkish Textilers<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

EPOCA 7 contributes to our growth<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Giving information about the investment they made, KUP10 Brode company owner Serdar Karaka\u015f said that they made the first step by buying 4 EPOCA 6 embroidery systems in 2015. Explaining that they preferred EPOCA 7 for the next investment due to the fact they were pleased with the performance of the machines, Karaka\u015f continued thusly; \u201cVeil, curtain, guipure and related home textile products can be manufactured with these machines. Aside from the product and pattern variety, their technical superiority contribute to our rapid growth in the market. \u201d<\/p>\n

Saying that they are pleased with the results they had with EPOCA 7 operating in KUP10 Brode, Karaka\u015f expressed; \u201cEPOCA 7 makes 10-15% of production difference compared to its competitiors under the same conditions. 4 EPOCA 6 27 yds and two EPOCA \u00a07 27 yds are operating in our facility. We prepared our space for two more EPOCA 7. We are planning to set these machines to our facility in a few months. \u201d<\/p>\n

EPOCA 7 is the best machine of the industry<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Reminding that KUP10 Brode facility ordered EPOCA 6 in 2014, Saurer Embroidery Sales Department Vice President Thomas Benzer stated that this model proved itself in the market with nearly 800 orders up to now. Pointing out that KUP10 is the first company in Turkey that bought EPOCA 7 embroidery machines, Benzer said these words; \u201cTwo EPOCA 7 27 yds MPE machines began operating successfully at the beginning of 2017 and are producing finest embroidery products at top quality.”<\/p>\n

“Our customers say that EPOCA 7\u2019s production raise is 20% more compared to EPOCA 6. In average, EPOCA 7 reaches 195,000 RPM in 8 hours. Manufacturing outerwear, it performs 250,000 strokes in 8 hours. The main reasons of such an incredible performance are minimal yarn breakage, the fact that the speed of long strokes decrease later thanks to strong frame support.\u201d \u00a0Benzer also stated that the company ordered two more orders for EPOCA 7 27 yds MPE.<\/p>\n

EPOCA 7 Receives Full Appreciation from Turkish Textilers<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Expressing that they expect Turkish embroidery market to grow in the next 10 years, Thomas Benzer said that Turkish embroidery market focused extremely on demanding, strong technology and quality. Benzer said; \u201cThis fact causes our After Sales Services to be permanently present and act fast as well as our after sales and marketing teams. We are very lucky to get support from our representative Bilol M\u00fcmessillik that is present in Istanbul and response immediately in case of a customers\u2019 need. We are hoping Turkey continues to be one of our main markets upon working together.\u201d<\/p>\n

EPOCA 7 not the cheapest but the best<\/h3>\n

Stating that they have the same opinion about quality with Turkish textilers, Benzer pointed out that while developing they focused on it to be the best machine in the market instead of the cheapest one. Thomas Benzer expressed that in daily manufacturing EPOCA 7 provided 20% more efficiency, a significant progress on emboridery quality, very low energy consumption and 80% less embroidery mending costs, thanks to their evolutionary new thread monitor on PEC execution. Benzer listed some of technical developments that provide superiority to EPOCA 7 thusly;<\/p>\n

\u201cFirst of all, it has a strong structure. Nearly 100% more material were used for end towers. There are stronger, reinforced drives. 50% more material is included each machine foot. A Completely new needle side was designed with an extremely flat thread path. New concept with double wheels with no lateral thread movement, PentaFeed and and Penta Guide where only active embroidery positions are moved with the new thread guide are also in EPOCA 7. SmartMon which is the thread monitor for PE and PEC provides a very fast and reliable measuring of the thread tension on the needle and shuttle side, it is also easy to clean. Besides, Pentamat housing is the needle carrier in single elements and guarantees easy and economical exchange.<\/p>\n

With MPE(Manuel Pentamat Turn) activation new solid lever can be switched even during full speed. It is made from glass fibre-reinforced composite material. Needle side offers perfect cut of all yarns, having new spring-mounted knives which move directly to the fabric for minimal thread tails. In the shuttle side, individually controlled optimised cutting elements perfect cutting of all yarns and cleaning are very easy. Shuttle drive and rear carriage provide reinforced support with new double linear guides. Frame and frame supports are more precise guidance; stronger lateral guides. Aside from that ,X and Y motor and wider toothed belt with guidance can be listed. \u201d<\/p>\n

After the open house at KUP10 Brode facility, Bilol M\u00fcmessillik and Saurer Embroidery hosted the visitors in Nehirevi which is one of the touristic places; rafting and camping centers of D\u00fczce for lunch. Also, in the raffle made there; a surprise gift was given to an attendee.<\/p>\n
