The core target of the congress is to offer learning, making progress, taking a look into the future and create broad perspectives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Approximately one hundred expert lectures will focus on the following main topics at this year\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.textilegence.com\/en\/57-dornbirn-gfc-innovation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dornbirn-GFC<\/a>; fiber innovations, transportation and mobility, recycling \u2013 circular economy, energy generation and energy storage, surface modification and additive technologies. The congress is expected to attract 700 participants from more than 30 countries. It is estimated that 80% of the participants who want to learn about the latest innovations in the fiber industry come from Europe, 15% from Asia and 5% from America.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the opening day of the event which will cover 3 days, the participation and presentation of the top names will come to the fore. Austrian Federal Chancellor Sebastian Kurz will have a video transmission at the launch. In addition, James Holbery of Microsoft US will give a presentation on <em>\u2018how will Smart Textiles change the world and what does Microsoft expect from industry?<\/em>\u2019 Smart textiles that offer enormous potential for the textile industry will be addressed. As a connoisseur of the automotive industry, Prof. Theo Sams from AVL, the world`s biggest independent company for the development of drive systems; will illuminate the <em>\u2018relevance and potentials of the fiber industry in the future development of the automotive industry\u2019<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The successful, rapidly growing Canadian brand Lululemon Athletica; represented by Yogendra Dandapure, will provide forward-looking trends and the technology approach for the industry; and he finally takes part at the panel discussion \u2018Circular Economy\u2019. Edwin Keh, CEO from the international renowned Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles; and Apparel HKRITA; will give a lecture on \u2018Circular Economy\u2019 and also participate at the subsequent panel discussion.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CEO will share their view of the industry at fiber congress<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CEO Panel will be organized on the opening day. The board members and CEOs will discuss on sustainability; and how the big European and Asian fiber producers position themselves to the \u201c3 Ps \u2013 Planet, People, Profit\u201d. Necat Altin\/Zorlu, Stefan Braun\/Dralon, Uday Gill\/Indorama, Robert van de Kerkhof\/Lenzing and Gunjan Sharma\/Reliance led by Walter Woitsch\/Syngroup Consulting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Expert Panel will be named \u2018Circular Economy \u2013 What an Opportunity!\u2019 moderated by Anton Schumann\/ Gherzi.
