Epson launched the high-speed Monna Lisa Evo Tre 64 developed to meet the high volume demands of the more dynamic textile market and the entry-level model Monna Lisa Evo Tre 8 at ITMA 2019. Epson underlined that they offer \u2018Total Solution\u2019 to their visitors in digital printing, at the exhibition where the global textile industry meets. The 8 head entry-level printer that prints 265m<sup>2<\/sup> per hour stands out as a high-quality, affordable investment option.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The booth also featured Monna Lisa Evo Tre 32 (16 colour configurable version) and Monna Lisa Evo Tre 16 models. With this range of products based on Epson PrecisionCore Technology, the <a href=\"https:\/\/epson.com\/usa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">company<\/a> has demonstrated a complete range of solutions to all textile market needs, from sample <a href=\"https:\/\/www.textilegence.com\/en\/category\/printing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">printing<\/a> to high-speed and large-volume production.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The new Genesta PG-REVO pigment inks, with high dry and wet rub fastness and high print quality, are another focus of the company. These environmentally friendly inks, which can be used in a wide range of fabric types, do not require any treatment before and after printing.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Responding to the demands of the competitive textile market<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">EPSON Europe DTF EMEAR and US Sales and Marketing Director Paolo Crespi, whose opinions we took, pointed out that three companies (Epson, For.Tex and Robustelli) came together under the Epson brand at this ITMA for the first time. Crespi underlined that they offer the high quality, productivity and colour fastness features demanded by the competitive textile market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe game is changing again today,\u201d Crespi said, adding that the market demands more and faster production. Crespi continued as follows; \u201cLaunched at ITMA with 64 PrecisionCore printheads, Monna Lisa Evo Tre 64 has a productivity of 779 m<sup>2<\/sup> per hour. This means productivity that is almost equivalent to a rotary printer. It is very important to keep quality constant while producing fast. If you reduce your print resolution as you accelerate, you will sacrifice quality. In the Monna Lisa Evo series, quality is the same from start to finish, thus increasing productivity. The machine works with Genesta acid, reactive, disperse and pigment inks and offers 600&#215;600 dpi print resolution. The story isn&#8217;t over, we&#8217;re in an area where we&#8217;ll go further\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Epson Monna Lisa Evo Tre series continues to expand: product range expands with pigment inks<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Noting that they are investing not only to improve the printer, but also to improve colour diversity and ink gamut, Crespi summarized the process as follows; \u201cInitially it was important to print on silk, polyamide and wool with acid inks. Nowadays, cotton and viscose are so popular that the reactive has become the most important ink range. The same trend exists for polyester. Many key players, including Epson, have ventured into sublimation technologies. Direct printing on not only 100% polyester but also blended fabrics is of great interest to us. Our product range is expanding with water-based pigment inks nowadays, as it gives excellent results in blended fabrics\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Emphasizing that the hand touch obtained on the fabric with pigment dyes is very good; Crespi said that pigment printing can be used in every segment of textiles from home textile to fashion. Crespi said that global fashion and retail brands are focused on sustainability, which is the main reason of the general focus on the protection of the environment and resources in the textile and print production process. Crespi says that pigment printing has the least impact on the environment and is friendly to nature and human health. Crespi; \u201cPigment inks are the best answer to the use of fabric from increasingly blended fibres. We believe that the demand for pigment printing will increase uninterruptedly\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Really great work experience in Turkey<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paolo Crespi in the assessment about the Turkish market; has reminded that they have been follow this market closely for a long time. Crespi explained that Epson machines are mainly installed in Istanbul, Bursa and \u00c7orlu. \u201cThe experience of doing business with Turkish people is really great. We have continuously expanded our customer portfolio.
