Visitors will be able to discover the environmental and performance benefits of ElvaJet\u00ae Coral &#8211; Sensient\u2019s digital water-based sublimation ink for textiles &#8211; which will be showcased in China for the first time at the show.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>High quality, low environmental impact with Sensient <\/strong><strong>ElvaJet\u00ae Coral<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With the textile industry in China under increasing pressure to reduce the amount of water, waste and energy from the production process, there is a growing demand for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.textilegence.com\/en\/category\/auxiliary-materials\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">solutions<\/a> that help manufacturers and brands reduce their environmental footprint.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Designed to reduce water and waste, ElvaJet\u00ae Coral is a sustainable solution that doesn\u2019t compromise on quality or color. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sensient.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ink<\/a> has been specially developed for direct printing onto polyester fabrics; which significantly reduces the waste from transfer paper and residual ink. Tests have shown that the ink can reduce CO2 emissions by up to 90%, and overall energy use by up to 60%. ElvaJet\u00ae Coral also requires much less water than other inks &#8211; just 1 liter compared to the 50 liters required for traditional direct disperse printing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sensient\u2019s unique dispersion technology was harnessed during the development of the ink to deliver improvements in color, sharpness, stability and performance. ElvaJet Coral has been formulated to include color-free materials to remove the risk of staining when wet. The ink also demonstrates excellent stability over long production runs; minimal maintenance and an increased open time of more than an hour; helping to streamline the production process and eliminate downtime.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Global partner, local support<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sensient will also be showcasing its broader portfolio of digital inkjet solutions; which include reactive, acid and sublimation inks such as Xennia\u00ae Amethyst at fair.
