Kordsa, the global <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kordsa.com\/tr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">player<\/a> of the tire and construction reinforcement and composite technologies markets, attracted great interest with its competencies and the features of its innovative synthetic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.textilegence.com\/en\/category\/technical-textiles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fibers<\/a> Kordsa KraTos Macro and KraTos Micro used in concrete reinforcement applications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Offering easy and fast application, KraTos Macro and KraTos Micro blend homogeneously in concrete and provide maximum performance. These two products, which differ in their longevity thanks to their high quality and corrosion-resistant structure, are sustainable, environmentally friendly solutions that release lower carbon emissions than steel reinforcements. Being the first Turkish product in the international synthetic fiber market, Kratos is highly preferred in infrastructure and superstructure projects. KraTos is used in a variety of construction applications; from industrial site concrete to screed, from high-performance under-rail concrete to port&#8217;s slab on ground concrete; from shotcrete to tunnel lining and precast concrete components.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kordsa KraTos will meet intensely with the global market this year<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kordsa has signaled at the International Concrete Fair World of Concrete (WOC) that they will continue to create business opportunities globally with the markets where their facilities are located in 2020. Kordsa will continue to seek global business opportunities in the markets where its facilities are located and. The Company will attend the World Tunnel Congress in Kuala Lumpur between 15-21 May; the World of Concrete in Sao Paulo on August 11-13; and the Concrete Show in Jakarta on September 16-18.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Highly engineered optimized fiber design ensures a homogeneous 3-dimensional distribution in concrete; and KraTos Macro provides allaround crack control by increasing load bearing capacity of concrete under service and design loads of the structure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In contrast to other synthetic fibers, KraTos Micro is capable of absorbing up to 5% of the moisture. Moisture that is retained by the fibers when the concrete is freshly poured is reintroduced to the concrete as it sets; resulting in an internal curing effect.
