The line is scheduled for installation and start-up at the beginning of 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This new neXline spunlace eXcelle ordered by Karwen Nonwovens line is dedicated to the production of viscose and polyester wipes as well as biodegradable wipes. The production capacity of the line can be up to 18,000 t\/a. Providing high capacity through low energy consumption; the line offers comprehensive solutions and brings a competitive edge to its end-users, such as fibre savings and fabric evenness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As part of the agreement, ANDRITZ will provide a full line with state-of-the-art equipment \u2013 from web forming to drying. In 2017, ANDRITZ supplied a spunlace line to Karweb for production of roll-goods made from several types of fibers; such as polyester, viscose, Tencel, cotton and polyamide. This line was reinforced with OTS (Ozone Treated System) and contributed to the company to expand its product range.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Karweb Nonwovens, founded in 2013, is a division of Kara Holding. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kholding.com.tr\/Nonwoven-TR.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">company<\/a> is the first and only Turkish manufacturer of airlaid products for health care, hygiene and special disposable materials.
