Uster Technologies launches a new standalone version of USTER\u00ae QUALITY EXPERT which leverages the value of USTER\u00ae instruments to significant profitability gains. With the new standalone version, a relatively small investment means cotton spinners can optimize costs in tougher times with cost control \u2013 and maximize profits when markets recover.<\/p>\n

USTER<\/a> is opening the door to advanced quality and process optimization<\/a> \u2013 making its unique Quality Management Platform available to a much wider range of yarn manufacturers. Until now, USTER\u00ae QUALITY EXPERT has been exclusively hosted within USTER\u00ae TESTER 6. The new USTER\u00ae QUALITY EXPERT standalone version is targeted at textile mills which do not yet own the USTER\u00ae TESTER 6 but have invested in at least one modern USTER\u00ae instrument \u2013 such as the USTER\u00ae QUANTUM 3, for example. The new offering helps users to benefit from automated quality management capabilities, powered by USTER\u2019s well known application intelligence, with minimum investment. The value is then expanded in future with every additional product connected.<\/p>\n

The launch is part of the company\u2019s vision to extend its Think Quality concept further across the textile community, using fact-based quality management. The standalone and the USTER\u00ae TESTER 6 hosted version share the same newly updated software release, featuring many improvements.<\/p>\n
