Ar\u0131kan Mensucat was established as a family company<\/a> in Kahramanmara\u015f about 30 years ago and continued its textile journey, which started with yarn production, by adding knitting, dyeing and finishing<\/a> processes. Achieving a position of a worldwide integrated textile manufacturer, the company has started to use three BR\u00dcCKNER<\/a> stenter for high quality knitted fabric finishing in 2014, since the establishment of the dyeing and finishing facility. Ar\u0131kan then continued its production by supplying two more lines in 2016 and another one in 2019. With the commissioning of the latest line, the company will produce high quality knitwear for the whole world by a total of seven BR\u00dcCKNER stenters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Producing approximately 55 tons of knitwear and employing 1,500 people per day, Ar\u0131kan Mensucat supplies several well-known Turkish fashion brands as well as manufacturers in Europe, Russia, Gulf Countries and other leading international markets. Since 2014, the company has preferred BR\u00dcCKNER finishing lines, which offer plenty of advantages in production. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ar\u0131kan Mensucat Production Manager Harun Bilginer said that BR\u00dcCKNER stands for quality, efficiency and innovation and expressed their satisfaction about open exchange, professional contact with customers and good service. Stating that the country representatives also play an important role in this, Bilginer underlined that BR\u00dcCKNER is well represented in Turkey with INTER TEKSTIL. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the advantages of BR\u00dcCKNER are easy control of the lines, intuitively designed visualization and a lot of intelligent auxiliary systems for an optimized production process, as well as very good accessibility of the line for maintenance and cleaning. In addition, significant energy savings can be achieved with just a few changes in machine parameters, while sophisticated software provides machine operators with valuable information for this purpose. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Talks in progress for the investment of new BR\u00dcCKNER lines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ar\u0131kan Mensucat attaches great importance to energy saving especially in the fabric finishing department and talks are already in progress for another BR\u00dcCKNER line. The drying process, requiring the most energy in the entire production chain, is also the area where most savings can be made. BR\u00dcCKNER\u2019s combined heating system solution basically uses steam energy, which is available in Turkey free or at affordable prices, for the drying process. The system automatically switches over to gas heating when the available steam is insufficient for heating up the dryer. In this way, significant energy and cost savings are achieved; on the one hand, textile manufacturers contribute to environmentally friendly production and on the other hand, increase their competitiveness in the market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
