Technical fabric looms developed by TSUDAKOMA on the basis of a highly electronically controlled and user-friendly standard loom enable the production of high quality technical fabrics. In addition, it responds to various demands such as energy savings or occupational health and safety improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special devices for a wide range of weaving<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

TSUDAKOMA’s water jet loom achieves a wide range of weaving performances, from 8 dtex polyamide to 5,600 dtex polyester. Looms can expand a wide range of specifications from ultra-fine yarn to ultra-thick yarn, while also weaving non-simple yarns such as bundled monofilament. All products can be woven with TSUDAKOMA’s looms, the air jet looms of ZAX001neo and ZAX9200i or the water jet looms of ZW8200 and ZW8100. The company offers detailed specifications and dedicated devices according to yarn types, cotton, staple fibre spun to synthetic yarns, fine count to thick count and monofilament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to products such as shades for agricultural crops, surgical gowns and mosquito nets; sandbags used in disaster prevention areas, airbags and car seat fabrics can also be woven on the TSUDAKOMA weaving machine. Designed for tire cord weaving, the ZAX9200iTC performs warp sheet feeding, weft insertion, tuck-in selvage formation and large-diameter take-up at high speed and the maximum weaving speed of the machine reaches 1,000 rpm.
