Firman\u0131n<\/a> ilk Ufuk Avrupa projesi olan PLASTICE, ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7ok zor olan kompleks yap\u0131daki tekstil ve plastik at\u0131klar\u0131n teknoloji ve inovasyon ile geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi ve bu yolla elde edilen ham maddelerden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbon ayak izine sahip nihai \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin imalat\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyen bir d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonomi modelini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek.<\/p>\n\n

Avrupa Birli\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan 15 milyon 122 bin 601 Euro destek almaya hak kazanan PLASTICE Projesi\u2019nde; 7 farkl\u0131 \u00fclkeden, 25 partner kurulu\u015f 4 y\u0131l boyunca i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak. Projenin payda\u015flar\u0131 aras\u0131nda at\u0131k y\u00f6neticileri, geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmc\u00fcler, kimyasal ve tekstil end\u00fcstrileri, teknik ve bilimsel otoriteler, kamu, sivil toplum ve toplumun tamam\u0131 yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n

Korteks Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Bar\u0131\u015f Mert, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi bir i\u015f yap\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imi olarak benimsemi\u015f bir \u015firket olarak, \u00e7evre dostu projeler geli\u015ftirmeye odakland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, at\u0131k problemleri temiz su ve g\u0131daya ula\u015fmadaki sorunlar\u0131n toplumun s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik konusundaki hassasiyetini her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha da art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Mert; \u201cBu sebeple \u00f6zellikle at\u0131k problemine y\u00f6nelik olarak son d\u00f6nemde, hem devletler ve uluslararas\u0131 kurumlar hem de \u015firketler taraf\u0131ndan acil aksiyonlar al\u0131nmaya ve yeni projeler olu\u015fturulmaya ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. PLASTICE Projesi\u2019nin d\u00fcnyadaki at\u0131klar\u0131n geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnde ya\u015fanan sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in tasarland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran Mert, d\u00fcnyada geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin miktar olarak halen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. PLASTICE Projesi\u2019nin tekstille ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde \u00f6ncelikle tekstil at\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak daha \u00e7ok \u2018Pamuk\u2019 ve \u2018PET\u2019 kar\u0131\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnler toplanacak ve ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak. Pamuk iplikleri enzimatik prosesle yap\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131 olan sel\u00fcloz\/\u015fekere ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak ve daha sonra bu \u015feker etanole d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclecek. Bu y\u00f6ntemle ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lamayan tekstiller ya direkt olarak geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclecek ya da \u00fczerindeki di\u011fer kontamine olmu\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u0131kama prosesine tabi tutulacak. PET polimeri ise kimyasal geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm y\u00f6ntemiyle yap\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131 olan PTA ve MEG\u2019e ayr\u0131\u015facak ve sonras\u0131nda yeniden polimerizasyon prosesiyle gran\u00fcl format\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclecek.<\/p>\n\n

Korteks projenin bu a\u015famas\u0131nda devreye girecek olup \u00f6ncelikle geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclen PET (rPET) gran\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fcn kimyasal y\u00f6ntemlerle analiz ederek bunun filament iplik \u00e7ekimine uygunlu\u011funu ara\u015ft\u0131racak. Spektleri onaylanan geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcml\u00fc rPET gran\u00fcllerinden eriyikten \u00e7ekim prosesinde POY ve FDY filament iplik t\u00fcrleri \u00fcretecek, sonras\u0131nda POY ipliklerden yalanc\u0131 b\u00fck\u00fcm tekni\u011fiyle do\u011fal elyaflara benzetilmi\u015f Tekst\u00fcre iplik kaliteleri \u00fcretecek. Korteks \u00fcretti\u011fi t\u00fcm ipliklerin fiziksel ve kimyasal analizlerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek ve ipliklerin spektlerini olu\u015fturacak.<\/p>\n\n
