Gualchieri e Gualchieri & C. S.r.l., one of the world\u2019s leading textile machinery manufacturers,  is preparing to host its visitors at ITM 2022<\/a> on June 14-18. The company<\/a>, producing machinery for fancy yarns, technical yarns, special knitted yarns and chenille yarns, will exhibit the yarn samples produced in their machines as well as their detailed catalogues at the company’s T\u00fcrkiye representative, Teksel Tekstil’s booth in Hall 7, 711B. Speaking to Textilegence, Gualchieri e Gualchieri Sales Director Marta Zannoni relayed that they are looking forward to the exhibition with the excitement of meeting the industry face to face after a long time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zannoni stated that exhibitions <\/a>are always a good opportunity to meet existing customers and new potential ones and said; \u201cIn the last 2 years due to the pandemic meetings were only possible through digital platforms but it does not have the same effect as being face to face. Therefore this first exhibition after the pandemic means a lot to us and as well as to our customers\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gualchieri e Gualchieri integrates its machines into Industry 4.0 with \u2018Yarn G Lab\u2019<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Marta Zannoni announced that their machines will not take place at the exhibition, but that they will exhibit numerous yarn samples produced on their machines to show their potentiality and advantages over their competitors. Zannoni disclosed; \u201cDetailed catalogues will also be available. Our production program includes a wide range of machines to produce any kind of fancy yarns to be used in knitting, hand knitting, apparel fabrics, upholstery fabrics as well as technical applications. Also, special knitted yarns and chenille yarns can be produced on our machines\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gualchieri e Gualchieri machines are Green Certified through ACIMIT and are also set up for integration in Industry 4.0. Zannoni relayed that they have also developed an application, Yarn G Lab, which can be downloaded by everybody for free both from Android, IOS and also available for PC and disclosed; \u201cIt helps technicians to develop new fancy yarns and also allows our customers to manage, control and monitor our machines from any device and from any location\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gualchieri e Gualchieri carries out the entire production process in-house. The technical department deals with the customised design of their machinery in the workshop equipped with modern CNC machine tools and most of the mechanical components of the machines are manufactured here. Finally, in the assembly department, the machines are assembled and tested before shipment.
