Imogo AB, offering textile finishing and dyeing solutions, will introduce its technologies that provide a more sustainable production opportunity to the Turkish market at ITM 2022<\/a>. The company <\/a>will host its visitors at booth 1215C in hall 12, together with its partner in the Turkish market, Teksel Tekstil. It will exhibit product samples of its customers and business partners and videos of machines in production in the 6m2 area. CEO of Imogo AB Joacim Wellander told Textilegence that the visitors will also be able to examine the spray dying systems with a virtual reality tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wellander, stating that they feel that the need to meet in person is more important than ever after travel restrictions due to the pandemic, said; \u201cWe expect a very good attendance to ITM 2022 from the whole world and in particular the Turkish market that is the main focus for Imogo at this stage\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imogo saves up to 90% in water, waste chemicals and energy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Joacim Wellander relayed that they will exhibit their spray dyeing and spray finishing products, Dye-Max, F-Max, and laboratory system Mini-Max, available for both knitted and woven fabrics at the exhibition<\/a>. While all products deliver unmatched application accuracy that reduces water, waste, energy, and chemistry usage, they provide savings in water, waste chemistry and energy as high as 90% compared to Jet dyeing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wellander stated that Dye-Max and F-Max systems are developed to ensure that the dyeing and finishing processes can be performed with the lowest consumption of water, chemistry, and energy and said; \u201cBoth Dye-Max and F-max can perform dual or single-sided application of liquid and wet on wet finishing applications can be performed. Evaluation of dye\/finishing recipes and pickup settings are performed in the Mini-Max laboratory unit. The settings are then perfectly reproduced in the production machine making right first-time results easy, removing the risk of costly shade corrections. All machines are digitally controlled, and remote connectivity is standard. A variety of production reports are available to track consumption of dye, water, energy for each batch produced\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wellander disclosed that they have seen a great interest from the Turkish market regarding their new dyeing and finishing solutions and drew attention to the increasing demand of consumers for more sustainable production of textiles. Wellander, expressing that textile manufacturers are facing pressure to meet this demand and introduce new sustainable production processes, stated that they have responded strongly to this need of the industry with Dye-Max and F-Max.
