Gaston Systems designs and engineers advanced coating systems for the textile and nonwoven industries and offers high quality and innovative technologies to satisfy long-term sustainability requirements using propriety foam generation and application systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gaston Systems Managing Director Christoph Aurich said that they have known and worked with Navis TubeTex for many years and disclosed; \u201cOur systems are frequently integrated with Navis Tubetex finishing lines making this the right fit for future growth and global expansion. I am very excited by the possibilities as a member of the team\u201d. Aurich also stated that Navis TubeTex is the right company to take their indigo dyeing technology to the next level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navis TubeTex President and CEO Will Motchar disclosed that they are very excited to expand their product line with the addition of Gaston Systems precision technology in the application of chemicals to a wide variety of substrates. Motchar relayed that this acquisition strengthens the Navis Tubetex business offerings that keep their customers competitive, while continuing with their internal targets to minimize and reduce waste from their industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gaston Systems and Navis TubeTex merger; an alliance for the industry<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Gaston System, founded in 1979, has more than 500 installations worldwide and continues to develop new dyeing and finishing technologies. It is stated that applications for indigo, reactive and other dyeing concepts have a measurable positive environmental impact. Gaston Systems\u2019 technology for indigo dyeing eliminates wastewater at the end of the manufacturing process while driving down energy usage. The foam process requires 60% less energy and mitigates by the same percentage according to one of the leading denim jean brands. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navis TubeTex, founded in 1929 and based in Lexington, North Carolina, manufactures machinery for knit, woven, nonwoven, technical and geotextile industries.
