French textile equipment manufacturers, who have been active in the Turkish textile market for many years, will meet face to face with their customers after a long break at ITM 2022<\/a>, to be held at T\u00dcYAP on June 14-18. French textile technology manufacturers, including NSC (n. Schlumberger), Superba and Dollfus & Muller, will exhibit their industry 4.0 and innovation-oriented solutions at the exhibition<\/a>. Visitors will be able to experience the modernization of the companies’ recycling lines, the changing demands of the carpet industry and their special developments for finishing and nonwoven fabric factories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

French Textile Equipments Manufacturers\u2019 Association (UCMTF<\/a>) Secretary General Christian Guinet emphasized that ITM 2022 is a major opportunity to meet in person with many of their Turkish partners after a long time. Guinet stated that he knew this market particularly well as he travelled around T\u00fcrkiye for many years as the marketing manager of a world-leading equipment manufacturer and underlined the importance of R&D, saying; \u201cOur members have to be closer and closer partners for their customers in order to interact with them, understand their needs, focus their R&D to find solutions, offer state-of-the-art equipment and the best service to every customer. French textile equipment manufacturers are R&D and service geeks. As they are SMEs run by entrepreneurs just as their Turkish customers, it is very easy for them to understand each other very well and to go beyond usual business relationships.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NSC, developing equipment solutions for all types of textiles, will host its visitors at booth 315E in Hall 3 of T\u00fcrkiye agent Samoteks Makina M\u00fcmessillik. The company continues to develop Tow to Top lines with the model S200 of stretch breaker followed by the new model of Defelter rebreaker D5GC40 and the GC40 chain gill. The company, which also includes an FMV41\/42 vertical rubbing frame in its product portfolio, has recently installed semi-worsted lines with SW35 carding m\/c card (2.5 m or 3.5 m wide), followed by preparation lines consisting of chain gills model GC 40 and finishers m\/c model FMV41\/42.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NSC offers a solution to modernize recycling lines for acrylic fibres or blended fibres with its combing machine ERA.It produces 1 ton per day at 3 deniers and causes 25% less nep compared to PB family machines. The machine saves energy and reduces spare parts consumption owing to its new design of kinematics, at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Superba responds to the needs of adapted processes, more efficient and combined machinery in order to develop new yarn types needed in carpet production. It offers a hot air heat-setting solution with the DHS3 line in addition to heat-setting with saturated steam under pressure with its market-known TVP3s. This three-layer heat-setting process provides a high level of evenness and a highly homogeneous fixation to the yarn, as well as stain resistance or enhanced bulk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B403 automatic winding machine, which expands its application area beyond carpet yarn, marks a real technological breakthrough with its individual spindle motorization drive; it enables a constant tension winding process, an accurate bobbin length measurement and unmatched quality control for each yarn position.
