Numerous leading companies and organisations including Gama Recycle and Bossa from T\u00fcrkiye, met with the awards in two categories, namely \u2018Sustainability &amp; Innovation\u2019 and \u2018International Cooperation\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-itmf-awards-prioritises-sustainability\">ITMF Awards prioritises sustainability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective of the ITMF Sustainability &amp; Innovation Award is to recognize sustainable and innovative achievements in the textile industry with a focus on innovation, design, development, and production under the strictest standards of sustainability and respect for the environment. The achievements were evaluated according to the following criteria: value proposition of the chosen approach, environmental impact and results obtained, innovation and results obtained (novelty), and socio-economic impact and economic viability. The achievements were evaluated according to the following criteria: value proposal of the chosen approach, contribution to international development and results obtained, other aspects (synergies, corporate commitment, collaboration, contribution to the SDG-17 goals, etc.), and socio-economic and economic viability.
