German textile machinery specialist <\/a>Tr\u00fctzschler Group SE, strengthens its position in the sector with service as well as its products that enable advantages in terms of sustainability and digitalisation. Tr\u00fctzschler Group SE CSO Alexander Stampfer, explaining his evaluations of 2022 and expectations for 2023 to Textilegence, said that they aim to further expands their service activities in Turkey by 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emphasising that Turkey is one of their biggest markets in the spinning <\/a>sector, Stampfer continued: \u201cThe demand for our intelligent card TC 19i with its self-optimizing features is very high since this machine meets the requirements for high productivity and excellent quality results while answering the problem of finding operators to work in spinning mills\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stampfer pointed out that machines and components can only achieve optimal performance in combination with excellent service, saying that therefore, they further expanded and further will expand their service activities in Turkey. He added that after presenting its cooperation with the Italian company Texnology at the ITM, Tr\u00fctzschler Nonwovens will further introduce their joint needle-punching lines (T-SUPREMA) to the Turkish market.<\/p>\n\n\n

Alexander Stampfer stated that they achieved their goals due to an outstanding intake in 2021 and the first half of 2022, expressing; \u201cHowever, the current day-to-day business is still confronted with significant challenges related to increasing raw material costs, disturbed supply chains and logistic problems. The global textile markets are currently cooling down. We expect a moderate order intake, at least until ITMA 2023\u201d. He added that Turkey will remain one of their most important markets as well as Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, Indonesia and Vietnam, and they are also focussing on the other markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The target of Tr\u00fctzschler for climate-neutral production at all locations is 2035<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Alexander Stampfer underlined that both, sustainability and digitalization are essential topics to them, saying sustainable corporate management has been part of Tr\u00fctzschler\u2019s DNA since 1888, including resource-saving technologies for their customers, a partnership-based relationship with employees and stakeholders and sustainable production at their sites.  He continued his words as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe have set ourselves the target of ensuring climate-neutral production at all locations worldwide by 2035 and are taking concrete measures to achieve this, for example in the area of energy efficiency (e.g. through more efficient heating systems) or \u2018green\u2019 energy supply (e.g. through the use of photovoltaics, wind and hydropower). In terms of technology, we offer solutions for more sustainable fiber processing, e.g. sensor systems for optimal raw material utilization (WASTECONTROL), machines for the production of biodegradable nonwovens or machines and systems optimized for processing recycled fiber material, like mechanically opened hard waste or post-consumer waste.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n

Alexander Stampfer noted that the intelligent card TC 19i has already been a milestone in their vision of digitally interconnected and self-optimizing machines. He continued: \u201cWe push this forward with our digital solutions like the mill monitoring system \u2018My Mill\u2019. It helps to save money and time, bundle resources and optimize processes even more \u2013 because operators get a transparent view of the mill, have the opportunity to evaluate the data of individual machines and can react to problems immediately.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Stampfer, saying that this year has shown that personal discussions with their customers is irreplaceable, stated that they are looking forward to meeting many visitors at ITMA 2023 in Milan.
