German textile machinery manufacturer Tr\u00fctzschler Group met its visitors from all over the world through ITMA 2023<\/a> and welcomed them in its booth full of innovations. Focusing on productivity, quality and sustainability in its booth, the company <\/a>stood out with its digital solutions that make production processes easier. As Textilegence team, we have talked with Tr\u00fctzschler Group Head of Global Marketing Bettina Temath, Tr\u00fctzschler Card Clothing Sales and Marketing T\u00fcrkiye \u00d6zge Al\u0131c\u0131 and Tr\u00fctzschler Nonwovens Head of Marketing Jutta Stehr on ITMA 2023 and the solution they presented. In our interview, Temath made also a special announcement about Tr\u00fctzschler\u2019s cooperation with a Turkish brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Temath said that they were very pleased with the exhibition and the participation and interest exceeded their expectations. Stating that the general number of visitors increase by 60 percent compared to the last ITMA, Temath disclosed: \u201cThis is also something that we notice at our booth, so we have a very good response and a lot of visitors from all over the world. We are very happy with the quantity and quality of our conversations.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n

Temath noted that in their booth, their main focus is bringing more productivity, quality and sustainability to the mills of their customers and what they have exhibited is really circling around these topics. Temath stated that the major highlight at their booth is the new card TC 30i, which has an extended cylinder diameter, more active flats and more options for more sustainability and better raw material utilisation in the mill. Relaying that they also present their new comber TCO 21XL which has 12 heads, she said that thanks to this, it is easy to calculate 50 percent more productivity. In addition, she mentioned their new brand TRUECYCLED:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTRUECYCLED, a brand from Tr\u00fctzschler, stands for our recycling process. We have a range of machinery that is specifically developed for recycling. All the machinery is compatible with each other. So, we guarantee, it is the best process, the best machinery that you can have for recycling and we call this process TRUECYCLED. Our customers can also use the brand for the product in addition to the process. They can put TRUECYCLED on the website and can use it also in packaging like a certificate.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n

My Mill: Machines are talking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bettina Temath expressed their digital solutions that make managing operations easier, pointing out that it is essential that machinery start communicating with each other. Saying that their mill monitoring system, My Mill, is a great example in this term, Temath shared the details as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMy Mill allows the managers to view their mills at one glance. You really have a central view on your spinning mill. In the past, when something was going wrong, the yarn quality was bad. You had to walk around in your mill and it took a very long time to find out exactly what the problem was. But now all machines are constantly sending data to My Mill, the central interface. We see what each machine is doing and can compare them easily. When something is going wrong, for example, one machine is producing out of its limits, you will be notified immediately. My Mill tells you what you need to do to fix the problem \u2013 which saves time in daily routines.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, noting that they have a customer portal including their digital solutions, Temath said: \u201cWhen our customers access the portal My Tr\u00fctzschler, they can use My Mill or My Wires. It also allows them to benefit from the training or Tr\u00fctzschler service and a spare part shop.\u201d Temath said that they develop their solutions in parallel with the customer’s demands and needs, adding that so, we will continue to use the trend technologies like AI in this sense.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n

T-ONE: a special digital solution for nonwovens<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tr\u00fctzschler Nonwovens Head of Marketing, Jutta Stehr said that one of their digital solutions standing out in their booth is T-ONE. Stehr stated that this solution has a different approach than My Wires or My Tr\u00fctzschler, because it is a real working environment and continued as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cT-ONE is very similar to the production process. It appeals to every kind of production line for nonwovens. So, you really can boost efficiency and performance by digitalising work processes. The customers have some operators who know well what they do due to their years of experience but if the operators are new, then they have no idea to set the parameter. That is why we decided to make a huge database with all the settings for producing the many products customers have. This is recipe management. Everything is fixed for one particular product for one customer. So, you are very sure when you produce that exact product again for a customer you take out your recipe, you set all the values in the machine and everything works.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n

\u201cTr\u00fctzschler always support their customers and colleagues in T\u00fcrkiye\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tr\u00fctzschler Card Clothing Sales and Marketing T\u00fcrkiye, \u00d6zge Al\u0131c\u0131 emphasised the strong ties between the company and the Turkish market, mentioning the earthquakes in T\u00fcrkiye which affected especially the textile production centres. Al\u0131c\u0131 said that they had lost one of their colleagues and his family in this catastrophe and stated that the Tr\u00fctzschler Group had protected and supported their team and customers in the region from the very first day. Al\u0131c\u0131 continued: \u201cOne month later we moved our Kahramanmara\u015f office to Gaziantep, in the 5th Organised Industrial Zone. We were quickly able to support our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tr\u00fctzschler joined forces with Balkan to offer a complete solution for recycling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In our interview, Dr. Bettina Temath also announced their cooperation with the Turkish company, Balkan Textile Machinery, saying that this cooperation \u201ccompletes the Tr\u00fctzschler product portfolio for recycling by cutting and pulling solutions, making us the first full-liner in spinning preparation for recycling.\u201d Underlining that the Turkish market is of great importance to them, Temath concluded: \u201cWe believe that many Turkish customers are looking for the best technology and we believe that as Tr\u00fctzschler, we can provide benefits in this term.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
