My Fashion Fabrics, founded in 2019 and offering custom-decorated fabrics to the garment industry, saves resources and time while increasing the quality and durability of its products with Kornit Digital\u2019s printing<\/a> solutions. The Istanbul-based company that installed the Kornit Presto S MAX system for sustainable, single-step digital direct-to-fabric printing in late 2022, also increases customer satisfaction with the advantages offered by the brand<\/a>. The company prints on cotton and cotton-synthetic blend materials, polyviscose, viscose and modal materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The owner of My Fashion Fabrics Yasin G\u00fcler stated that with Kornit, they do the printing and drying process in a single stage without any pre-treatment, then ship to the customer; and emphasized the advantages of zero water usage, zero post-printing process and direct delivery after printing. Indicating that they do not encounter any problems in terms of delivery dates, G\u00fcler noted: \u201cThe customer sends us a photo or PDF file and before the customer arrives, we print the sample and welcome them with the sample at the door.\u201d He also added that Presto MAX technology makes it possible to decorate colored fabrics with white digital impressions.<\/p>\n\n\n

G\u00fcler mentioned that the company is currently experimenting with nylon and polyamide fiber remarking that they believe this experiment will create new opportunities for My Fashion Fabrics. Saying: \u201cWe used to be in the synthetic fiber printing business, but now we print on everything – knitted, raschel, or woven,\u201d G\u00fcler continued his words as follows: \u201cSGS and ITS reports prove the fastness level is above 4 and we do not have any problems with fastness or quality. Kornit\u2019s tech support visits as quickly as possible when we call, they teach us the technical details, and they have proven they have the capacity to solve any issues via online connection, as well.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u00fcler, adding that My Fashion Fabrics has received very positive reactions from its customers, indicated that one of their customers took a 300-meter preliminary sample and proceeded to order another 15,000 meters on the basis of its quality. Remarking, \u201cKornit added to our value. We are very satisfied,\u201d he concluded his words. <\/p>\n\n\n
