I\u015f\u0131l Tekstil continues to develop its technological infrastructure and production capacity, and has recently added the Rieter E90 combing machine, Tr\u00fctzschler blowroom and TC19i carding machine to its production line in the yarn <\/a>facility. Thanks to these new technology investments, the company is making its goals of higher efficiency and superior performance in production processes a reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 1984, the company has quickly become one of the leading manufacturers in the Turkish textile industry. The company, which has managed to grow with continuous investment and an expanding product portfolio, has been on the prestigious ISO 500 list since the 2000s. They carry out integrated production in its factories in 4 cities in T\u00fcrkiye, equipped with the latest technologies in yarn, knitting, dyeing, printing and finishing.<\/p>\n\n\n

I\u015f\u0131l Tekstil rose to the position of an integrated manufacturer with the start of its yarn factory in Ni\u011fde in 2007, and became the first company in T\u00fcrkiye to produce under the same roof with ring, Vortex and open-end yarn spinning technologies. As of today, the company has a daily production capacity of 65 tons in its modern yarn facility, using almost all of its products in-house and also supplying yarn to leading companies in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u015f\u0131l Tekstil has created its machinery with the best and most advanced technologies in its field, and has not compromised on this in the yarn segment. Going forward with the goal of high efficiency and superior quality, the company has preferred Rieter and Tr\u00fctzschler brand solutions, known for their global competence, for yarn preparation and combing processes. The E90 combing machine purchased from Rieter and the Tr\u00fctzschler blowroom carding machine increased efficiency in the yarn production process with their advanced features, while also achieving a performance that exceeded expectations in final product quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company sees Rieter as the first and only partner for the spinning preparation phase within the framework of productivity and quality expectations. The new Rieter E90 combing machine added to the spinning lines in Ni\u011fde can produce up to 10 kilograms of combed sliver per hour. This high production standard is based on the machine\u2019s 600 combs\/minute speed and stable, faultless operating performance. Thanks to these features, the E90 provides extremely high efficiency in the company’s yarn production processes.<\/p>\n\n\n

The company, which accepts Tr\u00fctzschler as an unrivaled technology partner in its segment, like Rieter, has achieved better carding and cleaning opportunities with the blowroom and TC19i carding machine. With the addition of the new machines to the lines, they have an optimized yarn preparation process for maximum productivity, low waste rate and superior quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u015f\u0131l Tekstil carries out a controlled fiber processing process in order not to leave quality and efficiency to chance and to minimize risks. Jossi and Loptex foreign material separators located at the first fiber processing point ensure that only clean fiber enters the production line. Later, thanks to the latest technology yarn cleaners Uster Quantum4 and Loepfe Prizma located on the winding machines, defects in the yarn are reduced to almost non-existent levels. Thanks to these solutions from Uster and Loepfe that increase yarn quality, I\u015f\u0131l Tekstil yarns manage to exceed even the most demanding standards.<\/p>\n\n\n
