Hascevher Tekstil entered the textile market in 2006 and now employs more than 500 people across its sites in T\u00fcrkiye, has been producing with the trust of Tr\u00fctzschler\u2019s technologies since the beginning of its journey. Achieving annual sales of more than US$100 million and focusing on embracing trends and technologies that will shape the future, the company<\/a> has also increased its customer satisfaction by working side by side with Tr\u00fctzschler. Hascevher Tekstil also considers Tr\u00fctzschler for future investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buket \u00c7elebi, General Manager at Hascevher says that their priority is to achieve continuous levels of productivity and quality throughout the life of their machines and noted: \u201cThis is only possible with great service support. That\u2019s why we choose to work with our trusted partners at Tr\u00fctzschler.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The factory in Kahramanmara\u015f, where the story of Hascevher began, operates 8,616 rotor spindles with the capacity to produce 15,000 tons per year of 100 % cotton yarn<\/a> for knitwear and weaving in the range of Ne 6 to Ne 40. A major landmark for the company arrived in February 2024, when it invested \u20ac50 million<\/p>\n\n\n\n

to establish a new factory in the Bor district of Ni\u011fde \u2013 with support from Tr\u00fctzschler for the design, commissioning and delivery of this ambitious project. This second facility makes ring compact yarn in the range of Ne 20 to Ne 60 and has the capacity to produce 15,000 tons per year. Across these two sites, more than 100 machines from Tr\u00fctzschler help to ensure outstanding quality that makes Hascevher\u2019s customers satisfied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe TC 19i achieves excellent quality at high production volumes\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Those customers are mainly manufacturers of ready-made clothing, home textiles and technical textiles \u2013 with around 60% of Hascevher\u2019s products exported to markets outside T\u00fcrkiye. To meet the diverse needs of those final products and global markets, Hascevher relies on technologies and teams from Tr\u00fctzschler. It operates thirty-six TC 19i cards and thirty TCO 21 combers. \u201cThe TC 19i achieves excellent quality at high production volumes and its design minimizes the risk of errors or defects because it offers a range of automated, self-optimizing functions,\u201d says Buket \u00c7elebi. She added that with the TCO 21, they are feeling the advantages of using a next-generation combing machine that stands out with its top quality, low maintenance requirements and easy adjustment.<\/p>\n\n\n

Hascevher expands its partnership with Tr\u00fctzschler with its new facility in Ni\u011fde<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Another rotor yarn production facility to have the capacity to manufacture 90 tons per day is planned in the Ni\u011fde district. \u201cOf course, we want to include Tr\u00fctzschler technologies in our new facility,\u201d says Buket \u00c7elebi and continues as follows: \u201cThey offer great support and innovative machines that enable high levels of quality and productivity. We also want to benefit from Tr\u00fctzschler\u2019s after-sales service at this site just like we have benefitted from it throughout our relationship. Teams from Tr\u00fctzschler and Hascevher are in regular contact to discuss developments in the textile industry and explore potential ways of tapping into future opportunities.
