The brands such as Saurer, Monforts, Tr\u00fctzschler, Br\u00fcckner and Mayer &amp; Cie, each competent in their field, also told Textilegence about their evaluations for 2024 and their 2025 targets.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-textilegence-begins-the-year-at-full-with-its-new-issue\"><strong>Textilegence begins the year at full with its new issue<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides, the latest news about the textile, printing and fashion industry from both T\u00fcrkiye and the world are also in our new issue as always: In the first month of the year, EU countries maintained their leading position in Turkish textile exports, while the figures in Africa and Asia showed a significant increase. Pakistan drew attention with an increase of up to 200 percent. Exports of leather and leather products decreased by 18 percent in 2024. As a new process begins in Syria with the collapse of the 61-year Baath regime, the Turkish textile and retail sector announced that it aims to contribute to employment and production in the country.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durak Tekstil, which determines its customer-oriented approach as its basic marketing strategy, held the last of its traditional customer meetings in Denizli. swissQprint, the leading manufacturer of UV printing represented by Pigment Reklam in the Turkish market, launched Generation 5 Series UV flatbed printers with a completely redesigned platform. Asteks, increasing its export target in 2025, will show that it offers the best products and service in 6 international textile fairs. Borophene mattress fabric is coming to the world stage from T\u00fcrkiye. All details are in our January February 2025 issue.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-new-developments-and-regulations-in-the-sector-give-hope-for-a-sustainable-future\"><strong>New developments and regulations in the sector give hope for a sustainable future<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Promising news continues to come from the sector within the scope of environmental <a href=\"https:\/\/www.textilegence.com\/en\/category\/green-times\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sustainability<\/a>: The \u2018Regulation on the Management of Industrial Emissions\u2019, prepared by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change in order to encourage clean and environmentally friendly production in industry, was published in the Official Gazette. U\u015fak has become a role model for T\u00fcrkiye in textile recycling, with a share of 75 percent. The scientists developed one solution to two environmental issues; the sorbents obtained by denim wastes can be a remedy to the heavy metal pollution in water.
