Mavi Jeans, Inc. will continue to carry out its commercial operations in the US, while the new company will support the commercial operations carried out by Mavi Jeans, Inc. by engaging in leasing, decoration and marketing activities.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIn order to strengthen the Company&#8217;s operational capabilities in the US in line with its global growth strategy, the Board of Directors has decided to establish a 100% subsidiary company named \u201cMavi US Retail LLC\u201d to be headquartered in New York, USA and to authorize the Company management for the establishment procedures.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mavi Jeans, Inc. will continue to carry out its commercial operations in the US and the newly established company, Mavi US Retail LLC, will support the commercial operations carried out by Mavi Jeans, Inc. by engaging in leasing, decoration and marketing activities.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mavi-reaches-customers-in-34-countries\"><strong>Mavi reaches customers in 34 countries<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 1991 in Istanbul under the name Mavi Jeans, Mavi first expanded into the US and Europe in 1996.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company, which went public in 2017, meets its customers in 34 countries, including T\u00fcrkiye, the USA, Canada, Germany and Russia, through retail, wholesale and online channels at approximately 4,000 points, 485 of which are Mavi shops.
