Juan Par\u00e8s (Spain) was unanimously elected as the new ITMF President of the Federation. \u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Degree in Business administration and management at the University of Cantabria, Par\u00e8s started at Textil Santanderina in 1980, where he worked as Quality Manager from 1985 to 1989 and Product &amp; Marketing Manager from 1989 to 1993. Par\u00e8s was appointed Managing Director &amp; CEO in 1994 and Chairman of the Textil Santanderina Group in 2007.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mustafa Denizer (T\u00fcrkiye) was re-elected, and Yan Yan (China) was elected as new Vice Presidents of the Federation. Ernesto Maurer (Switzerland) was re-elected as Honorary Treasurer.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following persons were re-elected as Non-executive Board Members:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salman Ispahani (Bangladesh)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yingxin Xu (China)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suchita Jain Oswal (India)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tae Jin Kang (Korea)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anees Khawaja (Pakistan)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stefan Hutter (Singapore)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uday Gill (Thailand)&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, Ernst Grimmelt (Germany) and Sanjay Jayavarthanavelu (India) were elected as new Non-executive Board Members:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rafael Cervone (Brazil), Mohammad Kassem (Egypt), Michelle Tjokrosaputro (Indonesia), Loek de Vries (Netherlands), and Muharrem Kayhan (T\u00fcrkiye) were co-opted to the Board.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K. V.
