For a healthy sleep, the mattresses we lie on throughout the night and the bedding <a href=\"https:\/\/www.textilegence.com\/en\/category\/topical\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">textiles<\/a> that come into contact with our skin also play a critical role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beds, where 7 to 9 hours of the day are spent sleeping uninterrupted, have a direct impact on sleep comfort and quality. Skin-friendly fabrics such as cotton and linen facilitate a more comfortable sleep with their breathable structures, while mattresses designed for specific conditions such as reflux, along with products offering features like temperature regulation and body-contouring memory foam, support a sleep experience tailored to individual needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bedding-manufacturers-highlighted-the-importance-of-quality-sleep-on-world-sleep-day\">Bedding manufacturers highlighted the importance of quality sleep on World Sleep Day<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Erdal Deniz, General Manager of home textiles brand SAREV, stated: \u201cQuality sleep is of great importance for both our physical and mental health.
