PTAK Warsaw EXPO is the largest International Trade Fair and Exhibition Center in Poland and Central Europe. It has 143,000 sqm of exhibition space in six pavilions and 500,000 sqm of outdoor space that can be used for exhibitions as well as outdoor events. PTAK Warsaw EXPO distinguished by an excellent location – at the S8 expressway, at the intersection of the main communication routes S8, S7 and A2. Such location and proximity to the international airport the expo facility easy to reach not only from the whole country, but also from Europe. This makes the location an ideal platform for international business events.

As the owner of the land, with a huge area and parking lot, own technical facilities, convenient access from the center of Warsaw and Chopin Airport, PTAK Warsaw EXPO offers the entire facility or a selected part of it at your disposal. In PTAK Warsaw EXPO halls, creation is limited only by your imagination. CONFERENCES PTAK Warsaw EXPO has professionally furnished conference rooms equipped with a cloakroom, stage, booths for interpreters, VIP rooms and a fantastic sound system. There is a wide range of additional equipment at your disposal, free outdoor parking, rooms for self-adaptation and technical support from the Ptak Warsaw Expo team.

EVENTS

Fair ground halls are a modern, air-conditioned space, with the possibility of suspending scenography, lighting, exhibition elements and excellent sound system. The facility gives the possibility of any adaptation of separate rooms, from a cloakroom, reception, through backstage, to a closed VIP room.

TRAINING AND EXAMS

The expo's training and conference rooms are perfectly adapted to conduct training, not only in large groups, but also in small ones. With a huge space at our disposal, we are able to arrange it in any way at the customer’s request. Location can create both large training and conference rooms as well as smaller, intimate workshop rooms.
