The firm that failed to surpass its financial crisis and applied to the court, showed the negative occurances in economy as the reason for its unstable financial balance. Desribed as deep in dept, the firm defended that it would maintain its business more productively with bankruptcy postponement call.
Istanbul Anatolian 5. Commercial Court of First Instance appointed trustee to the firm. The decisions that the firm give will be supervised by Financial Advisor Hacı Göçerler. The trustee given the authority of supervising and approval in the firm; will be responsible for protecting firm’s property, providing justice between the creditors, company recovery projects and he will present a rapport to the court once a month.
