“Turkish companies stand out in quality production in Egypt”

In his speech at the ceremony, Ambassador Şen stated that they welcome the expansion of Turkish investments in Egypt and their growth in Egypt based on a win-win approach.

He expressed that the geographical, cultural and social proximity of Türkiye and Egypt, the intertwining and efficiency of transportation and communication networks, as well as the interest and friendship shown towards Turkish investors in Egypt make Egypt a natural and main destination for Turkish investments, saying that Turkish investments and bilateral trade will continue to grow and develop and that this is inevitable.

Şen pointed out that the free trade agreements, transportation networks and infrastructure between Türkiye and Egypt mean that Türkiye will continue to be among the top three countries in Egypt’s foreign trade in the future.

Stating that the people of both countries and all peoples in the region need development and employment along with regional peace, security and stability, he emphasized that economic cooperation is a priority in Türkiye’s approach towards Egypt.

Egyptian Minister of Trade and Investment Hassan al-Hatib emphasized that Turkish companies stand out in quality production in Egypt.
