Trützschler Group’s technology and market-leading segment Trützschler Spinning for cotton and manmade fiber preparation processes, will be hosting new solutions at the ITMA 2019 exhibition from 20 to 26 June. The solutions to be presented in Hall 6 Stand B101 are mainly based on Industry 4.0 and digitalisation opportunities. Trützschler Spinning Sales Director Markus Wurstler gave a hint about the solutions they will demonstrate at the exhibition.

“Trützschler will present intelligent solutions that help our customers to improve quality and productivity even further” said Wurstler, and continued saying that the highlights reach from new developments in the blowroom and carding to new draw frame concepts and digital solutions.

Trützschler Spinning focuses on quality and productivity: a new card standard in 2019!

Markus Wurstler said they are preparing to present a new card model, and cited the TC15 as a new benchmark in terms of efficiency and quality in the market. Wurstler; “In 2011, the TC15 was able to increase productivity by 15% compared to the previous model, resulting in lower carding costs. Enlarging the performance range more than ever before thanks to The T-MOVE and T-Con, this card can reach up to 500m/min web gathering and banding speeds. Trützschler is one step ahead of this innovation, which has a great impact in the market. And there will be a new benchmark with the introduction of our new card in 2019”. Emphasizing that Trützschler’s competence carries them far beyond the development of innovations; Wurstler noted that they do not leave their customers alone after the purchase; and help their customers all along the way to produce exactly what they envision.

Industry 4.0 and new digital opportunities

Trützschler offers all the spinning preparation technologies to the market; and is moving very fast in terms of digitalization and Industry 4.0. Pointing out to this; Markus Wurstler said that he believe they can offer decisive added value by making spinning preparation even smarter. Reminding that they have established a department focusing solely on Industry 4.0 and digital, Wurstler continued his words as follows; “We developed cloud-based monitoring solutions; which enable customers to literally steer and optimize their spinning mill anytime from anywhere in the world. The combination of complete, intelligent machinery solutions and digital support systems; means a big step in automation and ensuring high quality. It will make our customers’ lives much easier”.

Trützschler Group will provide Spinning, Nonwovens & Man-Made Fibers and Card Clothing business lines in the same large booth at ITMA 2019.
