Elif İplik, one of the leading companies in the Turkish textile industry, has been successfully continuing its dyeing and finishing operations with 2 domestic and 2 BRÜCKNER brand stenters since 2018. Operating not only in Turkey but also in the foreign market, the company has brought in its agenda the purchase of a new stenter with the increase in its production capacity as of the end of 2020. Finally, Elif İplik has decided to invest in a new BRÜCKNER high capacity single-layer stenter type POWER-FRAME SFR line to meet the daily need for an additional 10 tons of textile production.
Founded in 1999, Elif İplik initially focused on yarn production and textile raw material trade, then expanded its scope by opening its own knitting factories. Continuing to grow by establishing its own dyeing and finishing facility in 2017, the company today serves 6 sectors with a daily production capacity of 60 tons of yarn, 40 tons of dye and 35 tons of knitting.
Large production capacity, high product quality and flexibility are pre-eminent for Elif İplik
Elif İplik also exports to many European countries such as Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, Poland and England, as well as Turkish market. At the same time, the increasing number of customers in international markets such as Russia, Brazil, Argentina or in North African countries such as Tunisia, Morocco or Algeria brings an increase in production capacity.
Elif İplik had the opportunity to compare the different machines used in its production facility for an average of 2-3 years in terms of quality, energy efficiency, ease of use, maintenance and productivity, and chose the BRÜCKNER line despite the significant price difference. Factors such as energy cost savings, more production in a short time and high fabric quality make the investment in a more expensive machine more affordable in the long run.

During the commissioning of the lines, the entire operation team at Elif İplik was extensively trained, and various trainings were held for the operation of the line. Afterwards, BRÜCKNER supported the customer on cleaning and maintenance on a regular basis, giving the company technological tips for the optimum setting of machine parameters.
